Charles “Chad” Felter
Founder & Principal
Chad has more than 15 years of experience in regulated commercial laboratory services, progressing from bench-level and quality roles through laboratory management, operations leadership, and ultimately Site Head and General Manager responsibility.
He has led an approximately $20 million business and ~75-person multidisciplinary organization spanning laboratory operations, Quality, Finance, HR, Facilities, Metrology, Administration, customer delivery, and business performance.
His work has included operational turnaround, customer and regulatory interactions, laboratory buildouts and relocation, service-line expansion, leadership development, digital systems implementation, and approximately $6 million in strategic capital investment.
