Charles “Chad” Felter is a life sciences laboratory executive with more than 15 years of experience across contract testing, CRO operations, microbiology, analytical services, quality, commercial growth, and full-site leadership.
His career has progressed from bench-level laboratory and quality roles through functional leadership to Site Head and General Manager responsibility for a regulated life sciences laboratory business. His experience includes leadership of an approximately $20 million business, a roughly 75-person multidisciplinary organization, multiple laboratory functions, and approximately $6 million in strategic capital programs.
Chad combines technical depth with business leadership across operations, P&L management, business development, customer experience, quality systems, organizational design, capital planning, and digital transformation.
